Meddle lies high in the mountains above San Tropez. The drastic elevation changes lead to stunning vistas and dastardly sidehill lies. One of these days some Fearless shotsman will drive #4 if a Pillow of Winds hits his ball just right..It is said that an old codger named Seamus came close one dark and stormy afternoon but the Echoes of his cries RAT FARTS could be heard from miles away when his tee shot came up just short.

Mr Gilmour runs the Inn and pub on the property and can be seen at dusk playing guitar when the horizon is Obscured by clouds and a momentary lapse of reason leads golfers back to the first tee for a nighttime round under the darkside of the moon.
