The dawn of this revolutionary era was founded through the vision of Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew who joined forces with legendary architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. and in employing both expertise coupled with meticulous labour, a wasteland of vast depressions and lakes was transformed into a polished 246 acre, 18 hole work-of-art.

As a reminder of the glorious past, entrances to the old mine shafts still exist within this product of vision and inspiration.
