NOTE: This design is based on the 2013 golf course design.
In 2014 the Front & Back 9''s were reversed, as were the final 2 holes, allowing for a more dramatic 600 yard finishing hole.

Montreux Golf & Country Club began hosting the Reno-Tahoe Open beginning in 1999 as an offset to the WGC Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone CC.
Renamed to the Barracuda Challenge in 2014, the course is played in a modified Stableford format.
Montreux G&CC, a Jack Nicklaus design, first opened in 1998 and is a traditional golf course layout in a combination high desert and pine forest setting with more than 70 bunkers use a special blend of white sand shipped from Idaho.
It covers over 7000 yards at 5,500 feet above sea level terrain midway between Reno and Lake Tahoe.
