Course Architect Comments

An ancient myth states that the massive rock fell from the sky bringing magic to the megolithic peoples who lived in the area. They believed that rubbing the giant stone would grant wishes and improve ones lot in life. Hopestone Golf Club was born around this belief. The 18th hole was constructed around this rock. Giving hope for a better round your next time out. No water on this course. Many bunkers, deep rough and some tight out of bounds add difficulty to the course. If the course is very dry, the rough very high and the winds are strong scoring low will be tough.
