Birch Creek Golf Club is a fictional golf course located in mountains. Many of the holes have significant elevation changes.
The fairways are tree-lined and along with the many bunkers and Birch Creek coming into play on several holes, it should provide
a notable challenge, especially when playing with breezy and very dry conditions.
This course design was started 7 months ago and was never completed in time to release it for 07. All the planting was redone
and new textures selected for 08. Many thanks to the testers of the original 07 course, Maggie, JB, McBruce, Frank, Otto and Ray
and to the few that once again tested this 08 version and to Jeff for his wonderful texture library and pano used on Birch Creek Golf
Club and to the other library designers that create the wonderful structures that we use.
Using the custom rough textures on the course allows the game's Shader Level to be set on low giving the best appearance for the
structures and water and without the slanted grass look (for those using Nvidia video cards). The course plays fairly on all levels of
game play.Buckle your seatbelts and get ready for a roller coaster ride while riding in your golf cart and playing at Birch Creek Golf
