WildCat Canyon 04a
This is an 18 hole par 72, 6940 yard course - designed by Larry Nelson.
This is a reworked and revamped 2k2 course and updated with new ideas,textures and landscaping with the TW04 architect program.
The ideas for some of the Canyon layouts and land terrain were inspired by a few local courses in Northern Calif.; however this course is still mostly fictional.
Each hole has its own unique look with its own special features and challenges. For the golfer who likes variety... They will find a mulitude of ponds, Waterfalls, bunkers & trees and Canyon Walls that can be a challenge??. The Greens are tricky and small and were designed to be played in normal settings.....any faster could be hazardous to your score!!
This was my Third course(2 yrs. ago) and it really seems to tax the Architect program limits as far as radical terrain changes. I hope you will enjoy the beautiful Waterfalls on 4 of the holes, coloring and land shapes incorporated into the design and find the playability challenging & enjoyable.
**Be careful on hole #5 and hole #14(use 5 Wood) (choose your club carefully on 1st shots) as it can be a little tricky if you get stuck at bottom of canyon wall.(oops)
