A nicely-designed golf course, with small rocky mountains as a panorama, a few cacti, big rocks, deep rough areas with patches of grass, and a few trees and villas “scattered” around.
You will start your journey with two left dogleg par-4 holes, with townhouses on the left and with an uphill approach to the green on the opening hole, and an undulating fairway and downhill green on the 2nd.
The left dogleg par-5 5th hole is nice too, with a few trees lined up on both sides of the undulating fairway and a second shot over some small ditch across filled with deep rough on your way to the elevated green, and so is the par-3 6th, with a blind tee shot over some medium rough and grass to reach the green, slightly below.
On the right dogleg par-4 7th hole, uphill all the way, you will have to avoid hitting... some fans (!) with your driver (as they are really close to the tee box) before facing a blind approach to the green, then moving on to the par-3 8th, with a tee shot over some more deep rough landing onto an undulating green.
The back 9 starts with the nice panoramic par-4 10th hole, with a tee shot landing downward near some bunkers across the fairway and over which you will have to hit your approach to reach the elevated green, and is followed by the right dogleg par-5 11th, slightly uphill with plenty of trees on the right side of the fairway and a long second shot toward the green.
Then, after the slightly-uphill left dogleg par-4 12th hole, and the par-3 13th, with two big and tall cacti on the right side of the tee box, you will reach the right dogleg par-5 14th hole, with a bunker (next to a big rock) in the right corner of the narrow fairway midway, and a (very) long second shot in the direction of the green, hard to reach.
But my favorite hole overall is the beautiful downhill par-3 16th, with a big cactus on the right, not far from the tee box, and a small lake in front of the green, framed by two big bunkers...
You will then finish with two left dogleg par-4 holes, with the 17th being nicer, with a big bunker in the middle of the fairway, an elongated lake on the far left and a downhill green.
If this par 71 is a nice course, it is not overly difficult but, once again, you will have fun playing over there, thanks to the CGX designing team !

Important note: a lot of CGX courses are only playable from the: PRO tees
The cgx designers created courses in high tempo, so they only made the pro tees playable.
So in TW08 you have to select the PRO tees.

Extra:
In the downloaded course zipfile there is an additional flag included ( created by rubencubo ).
A flag based on the real one of the course.
When you want to use that flag:
First install the course in TW08.
After that unzip the downloaded course zipfile and you will see a folder named: Flag_replacement
Inside the folder Flag_replacement, you will see a file named: flag_club.......rename that file to: flag
Now copy this file flag, and go to your TW08 installation path, and look for the folder: Courses
Inside the folder courses look for the installed course folder named: PGAX Troon North Pinnacle Course
And paste the file flag inside that folder, you will be asked to overwrite the existing file, say: Yes.
