Unlike raylloyd7, this Warwick Hills course is not one of my favorites from the CGX team but, then again, that’s why we write comments, so that players can make up their minds, one way or the other !
If it plays smoothly, the landscape is not visually attractive with a lot of bare land beyond the holes and plenty of villas partially hidden by trees or set in the middle of... nowhere (as you will see on the overhead views behind the greens on the 4th and 15th holes, for example).
This par 72 has quite a few doglegs along tree-lined fairways, such as the left dogleg par-4 4th hole, with a tough second shot over some trees to reach the partially-hidden green, and the left dogleg par-5 7th, with its narrow tree-lined fairway and slightly-elevated green.
On the par-3 8th hole, you will have to watch out for two small bunkers, right in front of the green (slightly to the left), whereas on the straight par-4 9th, you will face a narrow tree-lined fairway and a flag, slightly to the left, with a nice clubhouse (albeit partially hidden by trees) behind, on the right.
Coming back, the par-3 11th hole is slightly uphill, with trees in front of the tee box blocking the view of the green, and is followed by the right dogleg par-4 12th, where you will need to hit a downhill tee shot before aiming for the elevated green.
But my favorite hole is the very nice and challenging par-5 13th, where you will need to hit a tee shot over some tall trees, one-third of the way (and slightly to the left) to reach the narrow fairway before aiming for the green with an approach shot, quite tough with a small lake in front (and to the right) of the green, and a couple of bunkers (in front and behind)...
The par-4 14th hole, on another hand, is quite short (around 315 yards) but reaching the green, slightly to the right, with a few trees in front, and with three wide bunkers around, is quite risky, unlike the pretty par-3 17th, with nice flowerbeds (near the tee box and in the middle of the fairway), and with a small lake on the left, in front of the green.
Overall, despite a couple of "nice" holes, I have a feeling that this Warwick Hills CC course was one of those created in a high tempo (as Gunpower61 mentioned) by the CGX team, unlike so many other great ones that I have already played and... kept !

Important note: a lot of CGX courses are only playable from the: PRO tees
The cgx designers created courses in high tempo, so they only made the pro tees playable.
So in TW08 you have to select the PRO tees.
