A very nice course in a breathtaking scenery!

What an incredible course for a first-timer ! Not only micko designed a beautiful course but he also made the gorgeous snow-capped high mountain panorama, offering us breathtaking views of the swiss alps...
This wide-open par 72 course plays very smoothly and is more challenging than it looks, with strategically-placed bunkers around almost every corner of dogleg holes ! As a result, you will need some very accurate tee shots if you don't want to have much longer approach shots to the greens.
My favorite holes on the front 9 are the straight and slightly downhill par-5 2nd, where you will need to hit your approach shot over the creek (along the left side of the fairway) to reach the green, the scenic downhill left dogleg par-4 4th, with plenty of trees around the corner, and the downhill right dogleg par-4 5th, a risk/reward hole where, with a little luck, you might be able to reach the green hitting your tee shot over the trees in the corner in order to admire the beautiful panoramic view of the castle (on the left side, further back) and the gorgeous mountains.
While not difficult, the slightly downhill par-3 7th hole is quite nice too, with a little pond on the left, midway on the fairway, but the right dogleg par-4 9th hole is very picturesque with its downhill green and great view of the castle beyond and the lake behind...
The back 9 starts with the nice par-4 10th hole, very similar to the 2nd hole, but with trees very close to the creek on the left side of the fairway, and continues with the left dogleg par-4 11th, this time with the creek on the right side, and nice flowers around the green.
after the right dogleg par-4 14th hole, slightly downhill, the long downhill par-5 16th hole is quite nice, with its fairway twisting left then right.
But the best hole on this Angel mountain course is... the last : the par-4 18th is a very sharp dogleg, with a wide lake to the right, and a gorgeous green, next to the castle and its colorful beach umbrellas...
Right off the bat, micko hit... a home run for his first course design and you should hurry to download this gem and pray that Angel mountain will be the start of many more fairways to heaven (lol) !

P.S. With TW07, you need to set the animated trees to "off" in order to play this course.
