Thanks, Bobby, for another great course. My game isn't much these days, can't putt, but the course played great, tough shots but extremely fair, there is always a place you "Should" play, even if you choose to ignore that and hit the big stick! Looked great, played great, what more can anyone want? A favorite of mine.

Thanks Bobby, you're probably right. My player was probably going to be standing in the water, which caused the unplayable.

Sometimes the game will make you take an unplayable if your golfer would have been standing in a hazard. Maybe that's what happened?

Thanks Bobby Bolin for the new course! Looks excellent. I may have found a bug on hole #3. My second stroke landed left of the flag, but still on the green, close to the cut. The game made me either re-hit, or "drop here", but the ball was clearly on the green. I don't know if the game thought the ball went in the water or OB or something.
Just a minor glitch but other than that, excellent course. Thank you!

Welcome to Bolinwood ! After the Golden course, Bobby Bolin's updated version shines like a diamond in the sky ! With plenty of elevation changes, water hazards, strategically-placed bunkers and some nice plantings, this course plays very smoothly and very enjoyable. The front 9 has some nice holes, such as the par-4 3rd where you can reach the green from the tee but, with a small lake on the left and bunkers to the right, you will have to hit a very accurate shot to get close to the flag. The following par-3 4th hole is very picturesque with a small island filled with flowers in the middle of the lake and the green on the other side, just like the other par-3 6th, with its tee shot flying from one hill to another. But when you reach the right dogleg par-5 9th hole, one of my favorite holes, you might want to stop playing after hitting your second shot close to the water, and seeing the green across. Not only the buildings are beautiful, but two big signs should attract your attention : "Taverne"... and "Restaurant" ! If you decide to continue on an empty stomach, the back 9 is even more challenging with plenty of elevation changes, starting with the very nice par-4 11th hole and its downhill slope leading to the green where you will see a giant "B-shaped" course trademark, made of grass, in the middle of a small-squared bunker, even more visible on the par-3 12th hole, near its elevated green : simply superb ! The nice par-5 13th hole is quite tough with its small green, reachable with a very long second shot flying twice above the water, whereas the par-3 14th hole has a pretty steep elevated green. The other right dogleg par-5 16th hole has no water but a sligthly-elevated green, hard to reach with a few trees in the way on the right side and bunkers on the left. As for the par-4 18th hole, it is simply spectacular with its townhouses on the right and water on the left. Needless to say, this course is in line with all the others. So hurry to come to Bolinwood where, who knows, you might find a diamond !
