As a designer, I have tried to help Chip, but to no avail. He'll send me his course and I'll play it and point out the problems I see with it. I'll probably still try to help him, because Chip is a nice guy, but it is frustrating to see the amount of mistakes he constantly makes and the mundane and predictable hole designs he creates.

I've hesitated to do this before today----BUT---some people are just a little thicker than others and don't seem to get the message. They should call this "The Cookie Cutter Course' because all the holes are the same---at least on the front nine---I was too aggravated to bother with the back nine. Tee off across water then across more water to the green. THe par fives---both over 600 yds---tee off across wate but still have 320+ yards to the pin. Ridiculous course and the funny part is, Chip IS capable of building a good one---I know as I have played the mall. Two courses ago he built what I felt was his best course and I gave him a good review because I know this course designing thing isn't easy but apparently he doesn't take compliments anu better than he takes bad reviews. This one gets 1/2 of one star and that's being generous----MDM3673
