So here�s another so-called real course design.
I have to say, I am not really impressed by this one.
For one thing the colour of the fairways and green is quite saturated, which makes them somewhat painful to look at.
That is not my main problem with this course though.
Recreating a real course in the TW CA requires more than just copying the lay-out of fairways, greens and bunkers. The designer also has to take the undualtions and elevations of the actual terrain into account.
Little attention seems to have been given here to that particual detail.
I have checked the website of the actual course, which offers overviews of all the holes and although it is essentially a flat course, it is by no means the pancake this designer makes it out to be.
Which is a shame, because from the pictures I have seen of the actual course, this could have been a nice addition to the TW course catalogue.
Unfortunately, in this case it is not.
