So, West course or East Course ? It's tough to decide after just finishing playing both ! With beautiful plantings and plenty of water holes, this par 71 (unlike the par 72 West) has some beautiful holes too. Your first eagle opportunity will take place on the dogleg to the right par-5 2nd hole (short like the 1st hole on the East course) before moving on to the gorgeous par-4 4th, with its serpentine creek and its beautiful view near the green. I also like the par-4 6th hole, pretty with its downhill tee shot over a big lake. Coming back, my favorite holes are the very nice par-4 11th and the par-5 15th holes, similar to the 4th with their serpentine creeks, with the latter being even more picturesque, and the easy, but spectacular, par-3 16th hole with its zigzagging walking paths and creek. Shorter than the East course but very attractive too with its gorgeous little bridges (which I would have loved to see on some Japanese courses, instead of iron ones...), the West course is a definite keeper, just like its Eastern counterpart !
