A quick update to let you know that I played this course, this time, with TW08, and it ran smoothly with water looking like... water (unlike on TW07 as mentioned in my comments below, four years ago !).
If this course is not too difficult, it has a few challenging holes with often narrow fairways and slight elevation changes, with a back 9, more scenic.
Once again, my two favorite holes are the par-3 10th, beautiful with its downhill green and a lake in front and the very pretty par-4 18th, with its gorgeous approach shot toward the downhill green with the lake in front and the clubhouse above in the background.
So, in the end, no more displaying bugs to write about : instead, a very pleasant course to play and another nice design from the CGX team !

Here is another course where, unfortunately for me, water is totally invisible as it moves back and forth and up and down ! As I said before, it's one of those mysteries that I get, once in a while on a few courses, CGX's designed or not, playing with TW07...
Anyway, regarding the course itself, this par-71 is pretty nice with the back 9, more scenic, with its rollercoaster and, sometimes, narrow fairways. On the front 9, I like the dogleg to the left par-4 4th hole and the dogleg to the right par-4 5th, the long par-5 6th hole with a big pond on the right of the green, the very nice par-3 7th with its uphill green, and the long par-5 9th with its narrow fairway and nice view around the green.
Coming back, the par-3 10th is beautiful with its downhill green and a lake in front. The par-4 12th with its blind tee shot flying to the other of the hill, the par-4 15th hole with its downhill tee shot and narrow fairway and the similar par-5 16th are nice too, but the most scenic hole is the par-4 18th with its gorgeous (I imagine...) approach shot to the downhill green with the lake in front and the cluhouse above in the background.
While not overly difficult, this course is very nice but water displaying bugs "spoiled" my round : better luck, next time...

P.S. For those of you still playing with TW07, you need to turn the animated trees "off".
