And the beat goes on ! Here is another gem from the CGX team, this time in East London which is located, as you can easily guess... in Eastern Cape, South Africa (LOL) !
After that little surprise, the biggest one is the course itself which is gorgeous, with its rollercoaster and undulated fairways and its nice sea views.
The front 9 has many straightforward holes until the 8th, but they are all very different. I like the par-4 1st hole with its downhill tee shot and its nice green view, the scenic par-3 2nd hole with its downhill tee shot and sea view, the par-4 5th with an uphill and blind tee shot and a downhill green, the par-4 6th hole with bunkers guarding the downhill green and the par-4 7th, with its... two fairways split in the middle by trees.
The par-4 8th, a dogleg to the right with the sea on the left side, and the dogleg to the left par-4 9th hole, are pretty nice too.
The back 9 has plenty of dogleg holes (11, 12, 13, to name a few) with the par-4 14th, slightly curved to the right, looking very nice with its tree-lined fairway on the left side.
While the other holes are nice, the par-3 17th hole and its downhill green and the par-4 18th, with its uphill tee shot and its approach shot to the left are worth mentioning.
With nice plantings as usual, beautiful villas and quite a few challenging holes, this par-72 is a top notch course which you should hurry to download !

This course took me by surprise. Feeling so real, good playing. Design and details are just awesome. Several form CGX courses are just from another league - like Kingsbarns, Genzon, Laguna National, Sotogrande or Blackstone. Along with Tiburon and Reflection Bay those are the best courses in the game. Designer is my hero :)

Have not tried the course, but wanted to say thank you for all the new courses coming out. I was never a part of the CGX tour, but have been a long time TW golfer back from the days of 99 and cases ladder. So, thanks guys.
