I'll echo raylloyd7, a beautifully laid out golf course. The holes just seem to naturally fall in to place one after another. The textures look great on my computer. No slowdown anywhere. Panorama looks great. I played slightly cloudy with a breeze. In the future I may look up the weather on a given day and attempt to recreate it in the game on this course.
The CGX design team really did a great job here. Thanks to CGX.

A beautiful links course where your bucket and spade might be handy... With gorgeous undulated fairways, strategically-placed bunkers, nice plantings, very high rough and the coastline to contemplate, this par-72 plays very smoothly with the back 9 being more scenic and tougher than the front 9. After a nice introductory par-4 1st hole, I like the view of the par-5 3rd hole next to the coastline and the easy par-3 8th hole with trees standing between the green and the sea. On the back 9, the very sharp dogleg to the left par-5 12th hole is gorgeous next to the coastline. While the par-3 13th is "cute" with its downhill green, it cannot be compared with the stunning par-3 15th, my favorite hole, with the green at the tip of the coastline. The next two holes, the par-5 16th and par-4 17th look similar with quite a few bunkers on the right side of the fairways, unlike the par-4 18th hole with its nice approach shot flying over a meandering creek. If Kingsbarns is not as famed as the other St Andrews'course, it is still pretty good and a definite keeper for links' lovers...

A stunner. One of the best CGX courses and I played majority of them. Simply amazing. Making this game still alive after so many years. Kudos to the designer.

CGX Design Team stands for superior designs and superior courses; this one is no exception to the rule. Four years ago J&M Design also added a great Kingsbarns course to the TW08 series (I rated it 4 1/2 stars). Don't forget to play that one too (it's stll available). After that you know everything about Kingsbarns. Play and compare... Thanks you all course designers!
