A beautiful and well-designed course by MSR Golf with great attention paid to details making it even more realistic.
Besides the nice plantings, wide fairways and smooth greens, cute holes markers are visible near every tee box, indicating the hole number, the par and the distance. Small bridges over creeks also add to the beauty of this par-71 course.
On the front 9, I like the dogleg to the left par-4 2nd hole, with its slanted fairway, and the par-4 3rd, with its flying tee shot over the water toward the downhill green, guarded by 2 bunkers.
The next few holes are very scenic : the dogleg to the right par-4 4th, with its creek and little bridges, and the par-3 6th, gorgeous with the creek running across the fairway and the lake behind the downhill green.
The dogleg to the left par-5 7th hole has a very tough approach shot to the green with a pond on the right side, whereas the par-4 9th has a nice view of the grandstands and parking lot beyond the green.
The back 9 has some nice holes too, with the par-3 12th, with a creek in front of the green and bunkers behind, the dogleg to the left par-5 13th, with an impossible 2nd shot over trees to reach the green, and the dogleg to the right par-4 15th with its downhill green.
Overall, Lancaster Country Club might not be the best course ever but it is a very good one, proving, once again, MSR Golf's designing talent.

Been playing The Golf Club on the PS4 lately, but will never abandon good old TW08, which will always be a classic for the PC. Just tried this one, FANTASTIC. 5 stars
