A stunning course visually and quite challenging with plenty of risk/rewards holes and with some tough greens to reach sometimes, especially on the back 9.
The panorama is gorgeous, up close and far away, the plantings are superb and so is the layout with a lot of elevation changes, plenty of water hazards (creeks, ponds, lakes, marshland) and great attention paid to details.
It starts with the downhill right dogleg par-4 1st hole where, if you look around, you will see a baseball field (and the two dugouts) on the right side on the tee box and some vending machines behind it, before admiring the nice tree-lined fairway. It continues with the downhill par-3 2nd hole, quite pretty with a baseball field behind the green and a parking lot with plenty of nice cars around.
After the left dogleg par-4 3rd hole, with nice villas overlooking the fairway on the right side, you will reach the very scenic par-4 4th hole, slightly downhill, with its green set between a pond in front leading to the lake behind.
The next hole, worth mentioning, is the downhill dogleg par-4 6th, with a pond way down in front and an elevated green on the right side next to some beautiful villas. But my favorite holes are the left dogleg par-5 8th, with a downhill slope all the way to the peninsula green, quite narrow at the entrance (with some nice retaining stone walls around) and almost impossible to reach on your second shot, and the sharp right dogleg par-4 9th hole, where you will have a tough time deciding what club to use to hit your ball over the wide lake in order to have a reasonable chance to reach the green on you approach shot.
Coming back, it does not get any easier, as you will see on the downhill and left dogleg par-4 10th hole, with villas on both sides of a narrow fairway and a green, partially hidden by trees and guarded by big bunkers next to the lake on the right side. Then, after the "cute" par-3 11th hole and its tiny green (with small rocks in front) on the other side of the lake, you will reach the very picturesque par-3 13th hole, with a pond/marshland (and nice gorse around) in front of the green.
My favorite hole, however, is the gorgeous par-5 14th, where after hitting a big downhill tee shot over a small creek to reach the other side of the hill, you will need to hit a very accurate shot all the way down to the peninsula green, seen on the 8th hole, while making sure not to land in the lake on the right side : simply superb !
The following downhill par-4 15th hole is another risk/reward hole, quite pretty and tough with a small creek flowing across midway in the fairway and with a very scenic small cascade coming down from the marshland above the green on the right side.
After the par-4 16th hole, quite nice with its downhill slope, its little creek running on the left side of the fairway and its beautiful green next to the lake, you will face the toughest hole on this course : the left dogleg par-4 17th is simply... awesome, with two small islands in the middle of a wide lake where, hopefully, your tee shot will land on one of them (I suggest on the right side), and a tough green, surrounded by small mounds !!!
Finally, the left dogleg par-5 18th hole, with a gazebo and tennis courts on the left side of the rollercoaster fairway and a small creek coming across, will amaze you as another small waterfall behind the green will appear under a small bridge with a freight train nearby...
With an attention to details, second to none, this par 71, designed by BullPupp2, is a masterpiece : not only it looks superb but it also has a real look to it and is quite challenging. So, hurry to download it to find out for yourself !

Also had trouble getting the course to play properly. I had to install the game on another computer. Download the course afresh to get it play and even now it is slightly fragile.
