Loose representation of the course itself, according to BGravolicious, this par-71 plays smoothly even if you don't see any ocean nearby...
The first three holes are interesting with an uphill tee shot from the par-4 1st hole toward the downhill green, a nice dogleg to the left par-5 2nd with lush surroundings, and a "cute" par-3 3rd with an elevated green. The following holes (4 thru 8) are mostly straightforward with the par-4 8th, requiring a blind and uphill tee shot.
After the par-4 9th hole where water appears for the first time, the back 9 is a little more scenic : I like the par-5 11th hole, a dogleg to the right with an undulated fairway, the nice par-3 16th hole, where the pin is pretty close to the water (and nicer than the similar par-3 12th hole), and the par-4 18th with sand on both sides of the fairway.
My favorite hole, however, is the scenic par-4 17th hole, with water on the left side and very twisted walking and cart paths on the right !
Not highly spectacular and, maybe, not the best designed by BGravolicious, this course is still nice to play...

After one or two holes I was thinking that the course was a bit austere but then it improved and by the 18th hole I was very comfortable with the course. The back nine is better than the front nine.

played 3 holes just now . its looking a good course .will play full 18 sometime and will enjoy it no doubt . nice one kind sir .
