Man what a course, this is a bloody (can I say that?) beauty and the reputation of that outward 9 def stacks up. Most of the front's holes are straight but each has its own character and distinction, and that feeling of being a little special - it's just a memorable set of holes and big kudos to CGX for (somehow) bringing that lovely vibe to the game. The back 9, yeah maybe not quite as remarkable, is still as enjoyable and challenging, finishing with one terrific par 4. It's a classic track and this is CGX at their best - sweet brilliance! Cheers!

What an awesome course ! This par-71 is "brutal", especially on the front 9, with so many undulated fairways... and bunkers, not to mention the very high rough. It's very simple : the par-4 1st hole looks like a pool table compared to the next few holes ! The long and beautiful par-5 2nd has big mounds on the right side while the downhill par-3 3rd hole is simply gorgeous. The next three holes are mostly straight but have very tortuous undulated fairways and you need very accurate shots (and prayers...) to avoid landing your ball in the deep bunkers set up all along. Of the three, I like the par-5 6th hole the best. The par-3 8th hole is unbelievable with 10 (yes, 10 !) bunkers guarding the downhill green (you can count them as you watch your ball fly down), making the par-4 9th an ordinary hole even though it is pretty nice. The back 9 is much "smoother", the exception being the par-4 10th with a big mound forcing you to hit a blind shot (by the way, I got a small vertical white line on top of it - a bug ?). After playing the nice par-3 11th with its slightly elevated green, it is with a big relief that you will tee off on the par-5 12th, the par-4 13th and the par-4 14th (beware of the little creek running across the fairway) where you should be able to have some opportunities for birdies. The par-4 16th and the par-3 17th (with "only" 5 bunkers guarding the green) have nice bushes and flowers to look at, while the par-4 18th, with its undulated fairways and bunkers left and right sums up what you have been going through. Upon reaching the gorgeous clubhouse near the green, you will be glad to have played this masterpiece, wonderfully done by the CGX Design Team...
P.S. For the first time, I experienced a little lag between holes. I don't know if it is because of the incredible amount of details on this course or if it is just because of too many downloaded courses on my PC. Or it could be because I just finished playing in Melbourne : in that case, I am suffering from (jet) lag !

Another course I spent weeks creating an accurate pano for and created the whole 36 hole complex plus the very fun ( 9 hole course) but got no thanks at the time! I also spent many months creating a stunning and realistic version of Valderrama and it's par 3 course that is also lost amidst the wastes of time! :C

Hiya BT Butler, some CGX courses are designed to play only from the Pro tees. So try to set it to Pro tees.

I also have a problem on a tee box driving from deep rough but it is hole number 1. Removing and reinstalling course as well as all associated libraries doesn't cure the problem. Ideas?

Nice course for sure. Looks great and plays well on exp VD.
CGX courses should only be played on Pro tees as that is all they use on their tour. No guarantee on others

All holes and tees are all right on this -once again- GREAT course. I played 6 of the 7 courses released by the CGX Design Team (Medinah still to play) giving them 7,8,7,8,8,9 (on scale of 10), so, whenever you see "CGX Design Team" you can be assured of and exceptional high standard. I'm looking forward to your next course gentlemen. Thank you very much!!

Yes when you play online, other players can see other shots, it is a bug in the game, could be caused by slow internet connection. It has nothing to do with the course.

Don't know what to say to that? I've played it many times and not seen anything of that sort happening.Could be your graphics card or settings maybe but I have no problems with hole 15.The player is stood on the tee box when addressing the ball on my version!

Pro tees on 15 you are driving from the rough player sees playing from the tee everyone else sees playing from deep rough no where close to tee box.
