With the same (and nice) forest and lake panorama, used also on the Spring Mountain Golf Course, by KRP Designes, this par 72 offers some similarities with plenty of downhill dogleg holes, but also some major differences with less trees, no flowers and a few elevated greens. On the front 9, the first 7 holes are downhill, starting with the very nice right dogleg par-4 1st, with a view of the lake in front from the tee box and… lakes on both sides as you tee off. While the right dogleg par-4 2nd hole is similar, the lake on the right is replaced by a wide open space with… houses far apart ! And on the right dogleg par-4 3rd hole, the lake is, this time, way down on the left side ! After the par-3 4th hole where a small lake is in front and another on the right side, the right dogleg par-5 5th is quite nice with a big lake on the right side and a few houses on the left. I also like the downhill par-3 7th, quite picturesque with a small lake on the left side and a big creek on the right. But the right dogleg par-4 8th and 9th holes provide a nice change of scenery, with an uphill tee shot on the first one, and a slightly elevated green with a beautiful white mansion on the latter. The back 9 has plenty of right doglegs (with the par-4 12th, 13th and 14th holes, playing “hide-and-seek” with lakes and houses), until you reach the par-3 15th hole and its slightly elevated green. As for the last two holes, they are very nice : the right dogleg par-5 17th has a small and deep lake in the corner and a slightly elevated green, whereas the right dogleg par-4 18th, has a big lake on the right and a slightly elevated green with the mansion behind. Well designed by willie, this course is quite pleasant with its wide open terrain and offer a little more variety, with a few uphill holes, unlike the Spring Mountain Golf Course, which is one good reason for you to discover it !

Love it Willie. Keep churning them out. I for one love the greens. Nothing like a challenge.

On the 13th hole as I was teeing off the game went to desktop. I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then task manager. When I clicked on task manager the game popped up again. I then played hole 13 with also a computer player. While I was playing 13 I noticed that the overhead map that shows the 13 hole was not there but the black icon that shows where my computer's player ball is was still there and it was blinking. The black icon stayed in the same place even though the ball was hit and moved. After the 13th hole the overhead map came back for the 14th hole and the game played just fine the rest of the way. Nice course. Was fun to play.

Agree greens need to be fair, having mounds next to hole is not how golf is to be played, but love the tees to the greens, bunkers placed well...had no problem playing the course
