A stunning course visually where I spent perhaps more time admiring the countryside than the course itself... which is already superb.
With gorgeous plantings, manicured fairways, beautiful fountains and villas, this par-72, while relatively easy, is simply a masterpiece !
The first three holes are very nice with a straightforward par-4 1st hole and its beautiful villas on the left side, a very scenic par-3 2nd and a slightly curved to the right par-4 3rd hole with twisted walking/cart paths. The par-4 4th and 5th holes have downhill tee shots with a meandering creek to the left on the 4th hole, and a small lake to the right (with a fountain) on the 5th.
The dogleg par-5 6th hole is a longer version of the 5th with a tough approach shot to the green guarded by a bunker on the left side. The par-4 7th hole has a gorgeous overview whereas the par-3 8th is pretty nice with the flag very close to a small pond. As for the par-5 9th, it resembles the 6th hole...
On the back 9, you will have to deal with the wind to decide, whether or not, to reach the green from the tee on the 319-yard (pro tee) par-4 11th hole, reachable with your driver and the... the wind in your back. There are just two problems : one, you will hit a blind and slightly uphill tee shot and, two, there is a small pond in front of the green !
After the short par-5 12th hole and its downhill slope and the "simple" par-3 13th hole, the par-4 14th has a feeling of "deja-vu" since it is almost a copy-and-paste of the 11th hole, only a little bit longer (334 yards). The par-4 16th has two small ponds on the left side and a gorgeous view of the countryside, but my favorite... villa can be found on the dogleg to the right par-4 17th hole (by clicking on "Find the flag"), on the right side with a big swimming pool as a bonus !
Oddly enough, the par-3 18th hole is very ordinary, but not to the point of making me change my mind : this course, designed by Jimbo63, is simply awesome with so many gorgeous details and it will definitely be part of my "best of" from around the world...

OF3112. Sorry that you had a problem. I do not know what is causing it. Wondering if it could be the fountains so you could maybe try swapping the cls file for one from a course that you know works.

hey jimbo very nice course..played very well but I didn't..hope you keep them coming

no screen swing indicator. screen split and went very blurry. Scorecard and windows screens viewed correctly. Settings were nominal. graphics just a bit better than medium.
I5 processor (first generation) Gforce 9800M Nvidia graphics processor. Game wouldn't proceed so I used options to end game. First 4 holes were great!

Great course Jimbo.Very nice elevation work and nice tough slopey fairways where u must
think before you just bomb your drive.Yes like you said fountains in my experience works best with course life system set to medium or low but is hit or miss on some graphics cards.
Keep up the good work hope to see a new 1 soon...

Thanks PhilT, sorry you are not seeing the fountains. Since I got a new PC I just have my graphic settings on automatic and they show up fine, so I cannot advise how to change your manual settings. Maybe Pat (Gunpower) will be able to help tomorrow.
