A gorgeous course with a superb suburban panorama, designed by BullPupp2, quite sharp and visible... miles away !
This par 72 has downhill breathtaking views from everywhere and is quite challenging, at times, with some sharp doglegs, narrow fairways and lakes on both sides on many holes, not to mention a few tricky greens, with bunkers in front and/or a few lone trees, partially hiding them...
The downhill dogleg par-4 1st hole, slightly to the left, has a gorgeous panoramic view from the tee box, along with a wide lake (plus sailboats and speedboats) on the left side, small villas and residential buildings on the right, and deep rough across the fairway not too far from the green, quite narrow in front.
The par-3 2nd hole is pretty too, with a tee shot over the lake and a gorgeous overview as you reach the green, and is followed by the downhill left dogleg par-4 3rd, with a blind tee shot needed to reach the green with a steeper slope in front.
After the downhill par-5 4th hole, with a lake on the right side and its green, reachable on your second shot (with a little bit of luck), one of my favorite holes is the very scenic left dogleg par-4 5th, with its fairway between two lakes and its bottleneck entrance to the downhill green.
After admiring more sailboats and speedboats on the downhill right dogleg par-4 7th hole, with water on the left side, you will reach the cute downhill par-3 8th, with its green, surrounded by trees and a couple of bunkers, very close to the lake, before finishing the front 9 with the downhill par-5 9th hole, slightly to the right, with the lake on the left, and a gorgeous approach shot to the green with a beautiful clubhouse behind and boats docked nearby !
The back 9 starts with the nice left dogleg par-5 10th hole, with lakes on both sides of the slanted fairway (and a big lone tree right in front of the narrow green), and is followed by the downhill right dogleg par-4 11th, again with water on both sides and two big rocks in front the green.
After two "easy" straight and downhill holes (the par-3 12th and par-4 13th), you will reach the picturesque downhill left dogleg par-4 14th hole, with villas on the right side of the fairway, a lake on the left and a big wasteland with high rough before the green, surrounded by the nice cart path.
The downhill right dogleg par-4 15th hole also has a big patch of high rough and bushes separating the fairway and the green, but you will need to hit a blind approach shot to reach it as it is slightly elevated.
As you get ready to hit your second shot on the downhill dogleg par-4 17th hole, quite similar to the 14th hole, don't forget to take a look at the small picnic tables near the lake on the left side ! But, if you miss them, don't worry as you will some more behind the green of the long (more than 620 yards) downhill and straight par-5 18th hole !
With its beautiful plantings (love those flowerbeds...), stone cart paths and villas, this course plays very smoothly despite all the structures used by KRP Designes. and is a definite keeper, thanks to the great work done by KRP Designes !

P.S. If I was a little "picky", the lake on the 1st hole could need a little work on the edges to look more "natural", just like some of the sailboats...

Slow loading between the holes means it takes 1,5 hour playing this course instead of 1 hour.
For many players no problem, for me irritation..
I often encounter problems with KRP Designes courses, so......

Very nice design this.It plays like a real course could have been 1.It loads slow between holes,my best guess is because of the high number of structures on the course like sailboats etc.
But other than that it plays very smooth no choppy issues.Well done keep it up....

Nice course. Greens putt well even under Very Dry conditions. Also requires some accurate tee shots with other than a driver. A keeper.

Yep it is slow loading between holes, but it loads okay while playing the hole. The course is in the same genre as Rolling Greens course and all the good features of that course are replicated in this course.
