After playing this course, I am totally confused !
First of all, its name has changed and it is now known as Chester Washington Golf Course, which should not be a problem normally, since this is not the first course to do so.
The problem is the course itself : on the 14th of October in 2009, willie released a course called... Chester Washington Golf Course and, now, 5 yeara later the name is back to Western Avenue Golf Club !!! Why ?
Not only that, but quite a few holes are completely different ! Case in point : on the signature par-3 13th hole, you could see the flag from the tee (in 2009) whereas, today, it is uphill (and very nice, by the way...) ! As for the par-4 14th hole, there were plenty of trees on the left side and, nowadays, they are gone, replaced by a big wall all along with villas next to it and the ocean behind ! And these are just two examples...
One thing that remains, though, are the rollercoaster (and very narrow) fairways and the tiny greens which make this course quite tough.
But since I do not know which version is the closest to the real course, I will keep investigating...
