I like your style of course..a few more trees lining the fairways would make it that much harder as you appear to like narrow fairways.. I will leave all the technical comment to those who are into that.. Keep them coming as your designs so far have been very enjoyable..

Couple of tips... Always keep your plot at least 250 to 300 yds from any hole.. Textures, IMO go like this. Cut is a little darker then fairway and rough is slightly darker then cut.. Same with fringe, a little darker then green.. I"m sure that isn't set in stone but to me the lime green cuts and fringe on this course, is hard on the eyes.. Also, get to know the very Powerful Smoothing Tool, smoothing on the first or 2nd notch, several times does a lot to smooth jagged edges out.. I hope you take this in the spirit that it is given and I am very glad to see a new designer come on the scene and if there is any questions I can answer or get answers for you, I would be glad to help. Just PM me.. When you trim your plot, try to trim it in a circular pattern because that's how the pano's are, there 360 degrees, that with keeping the plot at least 250yds from any hole will help a lot...

This is defintely not a real course.I went to 2 websites of course with same name Southern Dunes Golf Club no.1: http://www.golfsoutherndunes.com/no.2: http://www.southerndunes.com.1st off both courses scorecards dont match this course scorecard.2nd off layouts not even bearly close.I think u must design a couple more courses(fantasy) and get the basics right like bunkers that are too flat no,practically no elevations etc, course to close to perimeter so u get pixelated in the eyes when u hit a high ball etc.I'm sure veteran designers on here will help you gladly if u ask for help...

You can put the holes closer togehter, imo to much sand in between the holes, I think you must be setting the Course Parimeter wrong as it seems to be square, when you set and save it , you should get a round/oval shape around the completed 18 Holes / before compile,
