With a nice suburban panorama far away and big villas lined up along the fairways, this par 71 is pretty to look at and also challenging, at times, with a lot of doglegs and a few well-placed water hazards and bunkers, making some of your approaches a little bit tricky.
My favorite holes on the front 9 are the scenic right dogleg par-5 3rd, with a small creek, starting midway (on the left side of the fairway) and branching out to end in front and to the left of the green, and the beautiful par-3 5th, with water surrounding three quarters of the green.
I also like the picturesque par-3 8th hole, with a tee shot over a path winding its way across the fairway and past the elevated green, and the right dogleg par-5 9th, quite challenging with a very long second shot over a wide lake if you want to reach the green, in front of an oddly-shaped old stone clubhouse.
The back 9 has some nice holes too, starting with the left dogleg par-4 10th, with a panoramic view of the suburbs and some high-ride buildings as you reach the green, and the pretty par-3 11th, with a tee shot over plenty of flowers landing onto an elevated green.
On the very long right dogleg par-5 12th hole, you can forget about getting an eagle, with high rough and shrubs, splitting the fairway, a little past the halfway point and also in front of the green (almost impossible to reach on your second shot), before facing the left dogleg par-4 13th, one of the few holes with no villas in sight but with three... bunkers in front of the green.
Then, after the pretty par-3 14th hole, with a downhill tee shot over wide flowerbeds, midway, you will move later on to the par-3 17th, and feel like Bill Murray in “Groundhog Day”, as it is quite similar to the 5th hole, with water almost all around the green.
Last, but not least, the right dogleg par-5 18th hole will offer you another challenge, with a very tough second shot with a big lake to the left of the fairway branching out a little bit in front of the green.
With nice vegetation all around and small elevation changes, this Pine Ridge Golf Course is fun to play and if you can manage to hit some of your blind approaches onto the greens, you won’t feel like an... old man at the end of your round !

A Outstanding golf course, played and looked like a real course. Well designed and some well thought out holes. Lots of detail. I like the houses along the fairways, the rock mounds and nice looking bunkers. A great job of the use of different trees, plants and flowers, one of the better planted courses I've played. Another plus was how you was able to match the course to the pano. Was a enjoyable and fun course to play that keep my interest. I give you a 5 rating, thanks for all your time and effort

GolfMikeLK ( MSR Golf ) is a very talented course designer, he uploaded loads of great courses.
But i disagree with his comment that all Fantasy courses look the same.
I enjoy playing the Fantasy courses as much as i enjoy the real courses.
