Pleasant and well-designed course but with no real challenging holes.
With wide fairways and smooth greens, this par-72 plays very smoothly but is not very spectacular visually.
On the front 9, the par-4 6th hole is nice requiring to hit shots over the water twice. I also like the easy but pretty par-3 8th hole with its nice plantings on the left side of the tee and the view of the... parking lot as you reach the green of the par-4 9th hole.
The par-5 10th hole has some deep bunkers bordering the green, whereas the par-3 12th looks nice with water in front and a big office building a little bit far away from the green. Both par-4 16th and par-4 18th holes are also worth noticing with their views of the parking lot and buildings around.
But with no real exciting holes, you can just go out and play a nice relaxing round without worrying about your scorecard...

I will echo PhilT's comments here as well, adding that it is certainly up to par with any of your previous designs. I always look forward to your designs, they have for me a special quality that I truly enjoy playing. Thanks as always for your continued hard work and outstanding designs.

Brilliant work once more from one of the top level designers. Tricky course and some elevated greens catch you unaware's always a pleasure to play T off's courses, as yuo can have confidence they will play true
