A pleasant course with a lot of doglegs, especially on the front 9, and more villas and wide open space on the back 9. The long par-5 1st hole (around 600 yards) is a nice hole to start your round before reaching your first dogleg to the right, the par-4 2nd hole with large bunkers on both sides of the fairway. The par-4 5th hole will surprise you with its bench... right in front of the tee box (no wonder why no one is sitting there !). Speaking of surprise, the dogleg to the right par-5 6th hole is pretty nice, especially around the green where 6 (!) bunkers await your errant shot with open arms ! If you have an "urgent" need, I suggest that you stop at the restroom facing the 7th green : that way, you will then be able to look at the nice overview of the par-3 8th hole with the lake in front and the pretty houses near the green of the par-4 9th hole. On the back 9, my favorite holes are the par-4 16th, a dogleg to the left with villas on both sides of the fairway and the beautiful par-4 18th with the lake on the left side and the old manor clubhouse facing the green. While not spectacular, this par-72 course plays smoothly even though it is not too challenging...

Expert play is impossible, the first hole NO ball would stay on the green on very dry.
