This par-72 course is well done and plays very smoothly with a lot of different holes, especially on the front 9. The par-4 1st hole is pretty nice with sand all along the lake on the left side, but the "Hop-o'-My-Thumb (or Tom Thumb)" par-3 2nd hole is very "cute" with all these bunkers on the side... just in case you can't find your way back ! I also like the par-3 4th with its nice view. On the back 9, the flag on the green of the par-4 11th is partially hidden by trees making it tough to get real close to it, while the par-5 14th will require a long downhill second shot to the green. If the par-3 16th hole, with its tiny green and tough pin placement near the water is nice, my favorite hole is the par-5 18th, a beautiful and sharp dogleg to the left: too bad that the very nice clubhouse is a little bit hidden by the trees ! French Lick is a nice course to play, thanks to the work done by Sammy08 (and this has nothing to do with the fact that I am... French, as this course is located in Indiana !)

Great course...loved the tough driving on #6...couple of the pin placements were silly setting on the edge of a cliff...but that is just my opinion, that being said, all in all a super course...keep um coming...THANKS for a job well done sir

Sammy, very challenging course.. Pick of textures is perfect. Bunker work is excellent. Very smooth from beginning to end. One of my pet peaves is cart paths and I really liked these, nice and smooth.. Had a little trouble on 11th green, was a little bumpy but super course. Thanks for the hard work...:)
