Interesting course with few trees and vegetation and no panorama; yet, this par 72 plays very smoothly and has quite a few risk/reward holes, where well-placed high rough and bunkers will make you think twice before hitting your shots. On the front 9, I like the two par-5 holes, the 2nd, with plenty of bunkers left and right on the fairway and the 5th, with a big lake on the left of the fairway and the pin very close to the water. The two par-4 holes, the 6th, with a big mound of the left side of the fairway, and the 9th, slightly uphill with its green completely surrounded by sand, are nice and quite challenging too. On the back 9, the par-3 11th hole is pretty with its green at the edge of the lake, whereas the par-5 14th and par-4 15th holes have big bunkers, right in the middle of the fairway. As for the left dogleg par-5 18th hole, you will need to hit a slightly uphill approach shot to reach the green. Not overly spectacular, the Broken Knee Golf Club offers a variety of shots but, with its wide greens, you should finish with a low score : so, try it out and... break a leg !

Impressive creation - a very enjoyable course. It's an unconventional layout, quirks here n there, but it maintains a natural feeling to it.. everything flows, lies, bounces and plays as you'd expect. The greens were particularly good. My fave holes were the par 4's on the back, especially the 12th, a terrific hole. It's a great piece of work and lots of fun, really enjoyed it, cheers!

Found this course to be fairly boring and easy to play.We tested it to see if it was up to our tours standard of a real challenge for the best expert players in the game but it fell short. It had a good look to it and i appreciate the effort but just not something i would want to play 4 rounds on in a tournament.

Nice to see Robc is still designing courses, as he is one of the good designers and has been around this game for some years, not prolific making courses but never makes a bad one. This course it very well thought out and nice choice of textures libs etc not an easy course, makes you think, and a keeper, so thanks Robc

You can tell Robc has played real golf before. Get better soon. I like the different hole designs. Nice assortment with different ways to play them.

This is a fun "great plains" kind of course. It makes you think and is I had a good time playing it. I didn't have the wind turned up and with that it should be formidable. Thanks for a great course.
