If you want to have a nice and relaxing round of golf, why not start with this par 72, not overly difficult, with mostly wide fairways, a couple of doglegs, a few water hazards and some sloped greens, and quite scenic with its hilly countryside and beautiful ocean. My favorite holes on the front 9 are the straight and slightly-downhill par-4 2nd, with the ocean in front and a big pond, to the left of the green, the par-3 3rd hole, with a tee shot over a small lake and a nice panoramic view as you reach the green, and the other par-3, the 7th hole, very pretty with a small pond, halfway around the green on the right. Coming back, I like the par-4 11th hole, with a fairway quite narrow with a river on the left (and behind the green) and a few bunkers on the right, but the best holes are, undoubtedly, the last three. The par-4 16th hole is a right dogleg, with an approach shot over a meandering river to reach the green, guarded by three bunkers on the right, the par-3 17th is very scenic (and my favorite), with a slightly-downhill tee shot landing onto an island green, surrounded by small trees, and with a rocky plateau behind it, and the left dogleg par-5 18th hole follows the river on the left and needs a downhill approach shot to the green. With a few palm trees around and nice panoramic views everywhere, Abaco Island Golf Club is quite enjoyable and another nice course to keep, thanks to ron717 !

Beautiful course as always, Ron. Lovely to look at, lovely to play on. This course will always have a special place in my memory as during today's round, I managed to achieve the only ambition I had left in TW08 - an ace on a par 4. I know I'm certainly not the first to do it in our cyber game & I'm sorry to bore you guys, but I'm feeling really chuffed that it's finally happened after all these years of trying & getting so close on countless occasions. Doesn't mean I won't keep trying, though... :)

Very fun course. Felt like I was actually there. Couple of pin placements that would be hard for fast greens but otherwise nice job!
