Delightful, picturesque course and a really excellent design. The layout is testing enough, more so with the wind up and dry on, due to the abundance of bendy-winding fairways and good bunker placements. Approach shots are not quite so demanding, so birdies could/should be available on several holes. It's great fun to play - just flows beautifully and all those visual touches are clearly the work of an expert hand. Cheers!

After playing this course, I think we should also apply its name to Sammy08 : golden ! What a breathtaking landscape ! Everything looks so natural that you really feel that you are over there. The mountain panorama is gorgeous, plantings superb and even... the small rocks blend in very well with the rough and fairways. While it is not the most difficult course I have ever played, a few holes require some precise approach shots and... putting. All holes are nice, but my favorites on the front 9 are the par-4 2nd hole with its beautiful view of the bridge and the creek running across, and the two dogleg par-5 6th (to the left) and 8th (to the right). Most holes on the back 9 are straight and slightly downhill, with the exception of the par-4 11th, similar to the par-4 2nd hole, and the two par-3 13th and 16th (nice views). The downhill dogleg to the left par-5 18th is superb with the river along the fairway and the downhill green. With the incredible design, done by Sammy08, no wonder why everybody loves this course !

Excellent pano, textures etc. A pleasure to walk and enjoy. Could not find the club house to have a short one after a very enjoyable round.

An interesting layout with some breath taking vistas and a few beautiful lakes that come into play. A couple had me wondering if I should have brought along my rod and tried to tempt a rainbow or two. Just the kind of place you might take the family, or not, on a Canadian vacation where fresh air and an accomodating round of golf await you. This course played quite nicely; the holes blending smoothly one into the other. The back 9 IMHO peeked my intersest more than the front 9 which I felt to be a little tame, though not at all distracting. All in all I gave this course 4**** rating. Nice job
