This course is not as gorgeous as Tiger's Eye Golf Links, but it plays well. With minimal but nice plantings, a few undulated, slanted and, at times, narrow fairways, this par-72 has a little bit of everything : doglegs, elevated greens, water holes. On the front 9, the par-4 1st hole is a dogleg to the left, the par-5 2nd has a slanted and undulated fairway and the par-3 3rd has a nice view over the pond surrounded by sand. The par-3 6th hole is interesting too as a lone tree partially hides the flag located on the next... green ! The short par-5 8th hole will offer you an opportunity for an eagle whereas the par-4 9th hole has a nice view of the clubhouse. On the back 9, I like the par-4 10th hole, a very nice dogleg to the right with two beautiful small bridges and the par-3 17th, not difficult but very scenic with the water surrounding the green like a horseshoe. As for the par-5 18th hole, with its nice overview near the green, you will be able to putt for an eagle, just like on the par-5 13th, as both holes are pretty short (around 500 yards). For once, the Lion is not as ferocious as the Tiger but I have yet to play the Leopard's Chase and the Panther's Run courses to complete the Big Cats Golf courses !

A nice course. Good treework especially on the early holes. Liked the front nine better than the back nine but it was all very pleasant.
