I remember putting together a complete par 5 course in the Royal & Ancient World Class Leader Board program, but the holes were just a straightforward compilation & couldn't be individually edited. Love what J & M have done to improve the original holes, even down to the overheads - especially that for the St Andrews hole. My pet peeve with St Andrews on the TW08 disc is that the overheads don't show the difference between fairway & rough very clearly, so this was certainly a breath of fresh air. Must try your other compilations...

Thank you to all who commented.
Koda, we were aware that this course, being so big may cause lag for some but hoped it would be minimal. Its a shame your mate was affected so much. I'm not sure why Doral should be worse than others though, possibly because of the water.
BTW lowest score reported to us for this was 68 by Stiege (scorecard supplied)

I didn't have any trouble reading the signs. I thought they were pretty self explanatory myself and a nice touch as well. All in all a nice course
One issue that might be worth mentioning. I had no problem playing the course but my friend was having fairly good lag for most the course. There was a few holes he said it got almost unplayable for him. The Doral hole in particular. I noticed a longer load time between holes too.
I just wanted to pass that info on just incase.

Very nice course compilation gents. Played using vdry, gusty, heavy conditions. Shot 80 with one bogey and feel very fortunate to do so. Not familiar with two of the courses, but the holes that represent are excellent. Had lots of trouble reading the signs at the end of the round (noon setting), the signs are a great touch. Lots of fun, will play this one again for sure.

Altough the lighthouse at the Old Head of Kinsale was not the black and white striped real one, the hole at Pebble Beach seemed not familiar to me and the sign at the 18th hole was completely black ( Augusta hole 13 I suppose),these remarks have nothing to do with playin this computer game of golf; I give this course a 4 stars rating. The TW08 world has become more beautiful ever since J&M appeared on the scene! Thank you gentlemen. Maybe another nice Scottish course next time?

The tee signs show the actual hole numbers in the white circle, and the hole they were modelled on is below that. IE hole 1 is our attempt at the 4th hole at Oakmont Country Club. Glad you enjoyed it anyway.
