A pretty course from ron717, with a nice and very hilly panorama, lots of rollercoaster fairways and plenty of water hazards to deal with.
On the front 9, I like the right dogleg par-5 2nd hole, with a long second shot over a big lake, the left dogleg par-4 3rd, with a meandering stream over which you will have to hit your tee shot twice and your approach, once more, to reach the green, and the very scenic left dogleg par-4 9th, with its fairway hugging a zigzagging creek on the left, flowing past the green.
The back 9 has some nice and challenging holes too, starting with the left dogleg par-4 10th, and its approach over a stream winding its way in front and past the green (on the right), and continuing with the pretty par-3 12th hole, with a wide green, next to a wide lake on the left (and behind), and the straight par-5 13th, with a tough and blind second shot over a wide lake toward the green, and a tricky little slope near the flag.
But my favorite hole is the gorgeous par-3 15th, with its green, set between a big lake divided in two by a small stream behind, on the left.
The last three holes are doglegs, with the par-5 16th requiring a tee shot over part of a big lake on the left, and ending in a stream, winding its way in front and past the elevated green (and over which you will have to hit your very long approach), whereas on the par-4 17th, you will need to hit a downhill second shot toward the sloped green (set next a wide lake on the left), before finishing with the par-4 18th, bending to the right, with an uphill approach over a small lake to reach the green, next to the clubhouse.
With its pretty landscape and challenging shots, this par 72 is one of ron717’s best courses and is quite fun to play and if you can manage to avoid the water, you should finish with a nice scorecard...

Is there a problem with the version 1 ? Just wondering why a version 2 release. All in all very nice course. TY
