Nice little tropical course, not overly planted but with quite a few water hazards and some beautiful paths, some with... railings on one side. The par-4 1st hole, slightly to the right, is quite scenic with a meandering creek across and to the left of the fairway, and a small war memorial on top on a mound, near the green on the right. You will really see the ocean only a few times on this par 71 course as most of the holes are inland : on the par-4 2nd hole, on the left side and, in the background on the pretty par-4 5th hole, slightly to the right, with a small lake on the right and a big pond further left, near the green (the other holes, being the par-4 15th and 18th). Both par-5 6th and par-4 7th holes, with a small lake on the right, and railings all along the paths on the left side of the fairway, are nice too. On the back 9, I like the par-4 10th hole, with small hills on both sides of the fairway and a little creek around the green, the par-4 12th, with a big mound on the left side and a lake further to the right and around the green, and the par-3 13th hole, with a lake on the right side, and the very nice overview of the crossing paths behind the lonely tree standing behind the green. After the par-5 14th hole, with a small hill on the left side, and its elongated green, one of my favorite holes is the very picturesque par-4 15th, with the small hill on the left side and a beautiful zigzagging path, with some nice flowers, below. Then, after the par-3 16th hole, with a few buildings behind, you will have to be careful with the par-4 17th and 18th holes, as little creeks run across the fairways quite a few times, making your club selections crucial if you don't want to end up in the water. The 17th hole is quite nice with a small hill on the left side, whereas the 18th has a tough approach shot to the green with palm trees in the way, not far from the green. Well designed by Neil Munro, Cote Sunari is a definite keeper as it is quite enjoyable...

Love the makeover, Neil - the comment from Wizards could prove prophetic if global warming keeps on keeping on. Is the twist only in the name, or have you gone troppo?

Played it from the tournament tee last night and had no problems. It's a gorgeous tropical course with some very challenging holes, especially on the back nine. Great job Neil.

The ice caps have receded, the tropics have reached as far north as Angus and the Barry Burn now flows freely to the north sea coast. Nice surprise Neil, i didn't click as first but there is a twist in the name......

Well done loved the course, good course to practice straight drives. Would like to move into that apartment on #10 green. Also found your sun icon cool looking. Thanks again, Now have to get my sandals respiked and and one of those drinks with an umbrella and then i'm heading back to the course.

I did try to fix that Matt, there is something strange going on with the shotpaths. Glad you enjoyed it otherwise though.

great course Neil, played real well, only exception when i played it on different tee positions the forward tee on 18 does not have a tee box, other than that job well done.
