More than 9 years after its release, I can't believe I am the first one to comment on this course, designed by JP Denny...
If the course plays smoothly and trees look nice (especially the green leaves), this par-72 needs a little bit of work to be considered as a keeper. The textures used around the fairways and greens are a little old-fashioned (and too bright) and the course itself looks too flat and needs a little bit of smoothening around the edges of the greens and ponds.
While this course is not difficult, it has a few nice holes, such as the dogleg to the left par-5 1st and the par-4 7th with its green, partially hidden by trees.
The back 9 has some holes with very narrow fairways, such as the par-5 11th or the twisted par-5 14th with, again, the pin hidden by a lot of trees. As for the "easy" par-3 17th hole, it has a nice view from the tee and from above the green.
JP Denny deserves credit for creating this course which, with a few improvements, here and there, could be worth flying to Spain...
