Killer design and course, this is a blast to play (except for that one pin placement). Real quality in the layout - no surprise given it's a Nicklaus course. Every hole has its own character and challenges, and any birdies on this track feel genuinely well-earned, not given. I particularly liked the corker par 4 5th - as good a short par 4 I've seen. The course plays great, it looks a picture - loved that pano - and provides a really good, tough test. A smashing piece of work, kudos and cheers!

A nice course by Tee Off Golf, a little bit "spoiled" by a misaligned wooded hill in the panorama, quite visible on a few holes (5th, 8th, 11th and 18th holes). Otherwise, the panoramic views from the tee areas of the (hazy) ocean, and the small rocky islands far away, blend in well with the nice plantings and water hazards, giving this course a real look. This par 72 starts with the very scenic downhill par-4 1st hole and its great overall view and is followed by the downhill par-3 2nd, with a big pond on the left of the green and a big bunker in front. If the downhill left dogleg par-5 3rd hole is superb with an elongated lake on the right and another big one to the left of the green, the straight downhill par-4 4th will have you think twice about what club to tee off with, as the green is only about 320 yards away, with a wide lake on the left and big bunkers on the right, very close to the flag. Then, after the nice downhill par-4 5th hole, with a big lake on the left (and that misaligned hill on the left of the green further back), you will reach the picturesque downhill par-3 7th hole, with a great panoramic view of the bay below and a big pond close to the tee box (on the left) and a big bunker to the right of the green. The downhill par-5 8th hole is nice too, with a lake on the right of the tee area and some tall thin trees, partially hiding the green, slightly to the left (despite that displaying bug on the hill again...), just like the downhill par-4 9th, very pretty with two lakes on the right, one next to the tee box and the other one close to the green, and with a clubhouse and parking lot on the left of the undulated green. AFter the nice wide-open downhill right dogleg par-4 10th hole, with a lake left near the tee area and another one to the right of the green, you will play a "remake" of the 3rd hole, with the downhill par-5 11th (and its bug mentioned above), before admiring the view of the downhill par-3 12th hole, with its small green next to the lake on the left. The next hole that stands out is the downhill left dogleg par-5 15th, with its wide-open look, plenty of trees on the left side in the corner (and some on the right) and a lake further to the right, not far from the green, guarded by a couple of big bunkers. As for the last three downhill holes (par-4 16th, par-3 17th and par-4 18th), they are not too difficult, with my favorite being the last one, with a lake on the left and the clubhouse behind... Well-designed, as usual, by Tee Off Golf, this course looks nice and plays very smoothly and, if you can put those displaying bugs aside, you will enjoy it !

Enjoyable course, liked everything except that I was uneasy about the pano. Thanks for the hard work you have put into the course. Would rate the course 4+ stars.

thanks for the comments tripel and bill, it usually takes me a month, probably close to 90 hrs to build a course, sometimes longer with the structures, the greens are known to be difficult on the real course which is what this course is based on , but i tried to keep the pins playable, i do constantly check for creases and tears in modeling mode but some get missed, happens to all of us, glad your enjoying the course.

Maybe the look at the bay in the distance is not a hundred percent, but otherwise everything is constructed by the designer with much eye for detail. As I am a lazy player, I always play at novice level and scored minus 17 (with even an albatross at a par 5), but I think at professional level it will be plus 17! Thanks to to desinger for his great work (how many hours does it take to do such a job?)and I value it at 4 stars.

Really nice job on this one. Looked great and realistic feel.
Couple iffy pins and greens could use a little smoothing.
