One of my favorites, Jimbo, although 10 years late with my comment! Had something to say about #6, think it was positive, but have forgotten what it was...going to blame it on the wine, not on my memory functioning. Thanks for a great course, and for all your courses which we enjoy daily and neglect to comment on.

Wow ! For my... 600th course comment, I got a treat with this gorgeous course ! Layout is superb, elevation changes very well done, plantings, sparse but very nice, giving you a feeling of open space and serenity, and the ocean views are breathtaking (even on my PC, and playing with TW07, the sea is very nice... and blue !). The course is more inland that I thought it would be but the scenery is beautiful. The first three holes are a succession of uphill and/or downhill blind shots and you really get to see the ocean real well on the par-5 4th hole. The par-3 5th hole is one of my favorites with its tee shot flying above a ravine and a meandering creek. The right dogleg par-4 6th hole is quite nice too, again above the ravine but with a steep uphill green, just like the similar dogleg par-4 9th hole, this time going right. The back 9 has less elevation on the first 3 holes, but all three are very nice too with little bridges, high rough and/or marshlands to look at. The last few holes are quite tough with a lot of uphill blind tee shots, except for the very nice left dogleg par-4 16th and its downhill green. Between the right doglegs par-5 15th, par-4 17th and par-5 18th holes, the most spectacular hole, without a doubt, is the last one with its tee shot flying above the ravine and its very steep uphill green. Needless to say, Jimbo63 did a marvelous job recreating this par 72, which is a... real beauty (despite being released as a fantasy course). As a matter of fact, after playing it, you might want to move to New Zealand : that''s how good it is !

Brilliant design. Certainly made me feel like I was in NZ - beautiful scenery. The course bares its teeth early but not too difficult taming it thereafter...provided you manage the slippery fairways and all that elevation - wow! Had a very enjoyable round on this great looking course. Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed it. It is the layout of the real course just could not release it as real as I was not sure if the elevations were correct.

Wow! Lots of work went into this one with all the elevation changes. Really nice course and got to pay attention to those side hill lies.2nd shot on 18 is really something. Plays great and looks very nice - loved the looks of closing holes with ocean in background. Shot 65 in normal conditions. Thanks for sharing.

Great work Jimbo. All those upslopes, downslopes, ravines, streams, etc., I was surprised that I managed to hit most of the fairways and greens. Enjoyable course which I rated as 4+stars.

Again a great links course (next time Old Head, Ireland, Jimbo?). Agreeable bird sounds, this time. I think the designer belongs to the top five Tiger Woods course creaters! Thanks for this beautiful course!
