This course is well designed with its split textures on the fairways which, at first, gives an impression that they are very narrow.
If you add some undulations and slopes, it makes this par-72 interesting to play even though it is not too difficult. The front 9 plays smoothly but the back 9 is more challenging with water coming into play on a few holes (my favorite hole, the par-5 12th, 13th and 14th).
Besides the nice clubhouse, there is also a parking lot and some houses/villas, even though most of them are a little bit hidden by the tree-lined fairways.

I would give this a 6 if I could after seeing the newest version of this course...excellent job, beautiful detail, playable greens, amazing, stunning course

Nice trek, Liked the course alot. Got A 2 on the first par 5. Real smooth looking and is that your house in back of 11:)

This is one Sweet course JJ...the attention to detail is amazing!..Excellent green work and smooth rolling terrain..Loved the split texture fairways and the bunkering was very well done...Every shot you can see the detail you did here!...Easy 5 stars!

Played this one and agree with all the comments here I give it 5 stars and with my untrained eye could not see anything wrong with it either design or graphics.

I played the front 9, first thing I noticed was the multi fairway. WOW. nobody does that any more. Great job on that. Green work was great. no seams. Liked the planting of trees.
Ground work was great. 5 big ones here JJ.
