Visually gorgeous design, this was a real treat to play around. The course layout is not overly spectacular (last couple of holes the best) but a good dose of variety keeps it interesting.. and that scenery of course. A fair challenge, I found the pin placements kept me from reeking any havoc, but still a nice relaxed course. Excellent design, I will enjoy this one many times. Cheers!

This might be a strange recommendation but hurry to download this... Turtle Bay Resort golf course, designed by Jimbo63 : it is simply superb ! Plantings, fairways, bunkers, lakes and panorama, everything is very well done. In fact, every hole is very nice, but some look a little bit tougher than others, such as the dogleg to the right par-4 1st, and the two par-5 3rd and 9th holes (with a blind tee shot over the trees for the latter). On the back 9, I like the last three holes, especially the par-4 17th, with all these bunkers guarding the green and the pretty nice (and tough) par-5 18th, with its difficult pin placement. Overall, this course, while looking great, is not as hard as it may seem at first. While there are plenty of bunkers, the wide greens will allow you to "go for broke" on a lot of holes and you should have plenty of opportunities to score birdies and/or eagles on this par-72 course. See you on this golf course ! Until then... "Aloha" (and thank you so much Jimbo63 !).

Deceptive Bends, a classic album of yesteryear, but could also be a subtitle for this course. Suffice to say that many tee shots need to be carefully plotted for both distance & direction if you're to be a "good fairway hunter". Marvellous effort as always, Jimbo...

Hey Jimbo. From the pics looks like a job well done. One thing I'll point out, and not trying to sound rude or anything, but some of the fairways seem to have a little too much undulations to the extreme.. JMO, of course, bud. Keep it up!! ; )
