What a course !
jjhold did an incredible job with the elevation of the terrain, plantings, fairways, high rough and... boulders.
The first two holes, especially the downhill dogleg par-4 1st, are not a good indication of what you will be dealing with. Starting with the nice par-3 3rd, you will start realizing that, for once, bunkers will not be the main obstacles near the greens but, instead, giant boulders will be !
The two par-5 5th and 8th with a tiny green for the first one and an uphill green for the latter) will test your approach shots.
On the back 9, the par-4 10th looks very nice but my two favorite holes are the downhill par-3 11th and the gorgeous downhill par-5 12th with big boulders close to the green. If you add the par-3 13th with more boulders and the par-3 15th with a tiny green, you will only have one thought on your mind : when will it stop ?
Well, if you can decide what to do on your second shot on the par-5 16th (go for the green or play it safe ?), then the last two holes will calm you down and convince you that this course is a masterpiece.
Have fun !(I can't imagine what it must be like playing at an expert level...).

Yoooo jj great course as always big guy well e'rrrrr thats obvious :-) keep em coming, it's a gr8 challenging course especially in breezy and gusty, atleast some people appreciate a well designed course......

Great course, extremely challenging. Got my first Albatross ever, even though it didn't credit it to me. 5 stars.

Thanks for a great course JJ.
I played from the back tees yesterday to lessen the stress factor as it looked very intimidating.
I now consider this a real treasure in my collection and look forward to many happy hours,learning,and humbling myself.
An extremely fine effort and a course any dedicated could enjoy.

JJ as a member of pgax, it is with much pleasure that i say well done m8 on this course. Thought it was absolutely brilliant and the whole layout and strucures and elevation was great. played it with very dry greens and breezy and it commanded a lot of golf ettique to get around . well done bud.

I loved this course!! The elevation work was incredible. Also the back nine had some of the most unique holes I have ever played on TW. 10 and 12 were absolute gems. Great one JJ.

Lots going on in this one plenty of hazards and elevations and rolling greens BUT very playable and fun, nice course and nice choice of textures I give it an easy 4 stars, more like this please!

Nice work: Liked the tee box markers and the stone lined creek's. Good pin placement you found the flat spots to put the pin's.

ty...I tried to fix that, but the elevations for this course were so severe, it started to break up when I fixed it, so I decided to just leave it and not ruin the rest of the course :)

Thank you for your beautiful course.
Not a big thing but I just hope some correction for unnatural elevation of a stream and cart path around 2nd hole tee ground, though I don't know actual ones.
