Very nice little course with its wide layout and nice hilly panorama. There are a lot of big bushes and few trees but the sloped fairways and the blind tee shots make it very enjoyable. Set on a plateau in Oceanside, this par-72 course has some nice views with its valley and you even get to catch a glimpse of the ocean far, far away (on the 4th hole). The first two holes are similar with long downhills tee shots (especially on the 2nd hole - 613 yards), while the next holes have some slanted fairways and look nice (5th, 7th, 9th). On the back 9, the par-4 12th and 14th holes look nice (especially the first one with its nice green downhill), but the best holes are the last three : the par-4 16th is gorgeous with its island green, the par-4 17th with its blind tee shot and slanted fairway looks fine, while the par-4 18th is superb too with its beautiful lake and view in the front of the green. Overall, this course is a definite keeper, thanks to Tee Off Golf who did a great job with Arrowood.

Love the course can't believe how difficult it plays in Gusty very dry. Is it at all possible that you could throw another 20 years on this course and replant it so that the trees are all grown up? I know this is out of the ordinary but it is something that as far as I know hasn't been done on any course.

hi, not a bad course. But if you want to make it more of a challenge, play with breezy winds and dry or very dry greens..
