A pleasant course with a small mountain range as a backdrop, plenty of doglegs, nice tree-lined fairways, and with some slight elevation changes. After a very colorful start, with beautiful flowers lined up on both sides in front of the tee box on the right dogleg par-5 1st hole (downhill all the way to the green), I like the left dogleg par-4 2nd, with its elevated green, surrounded in front by three bunkers, and the par-3 3rd hole, with a tee shot over a big pond (but, unfortunately with a few trees in it !) and a half moon-shaped bunker on the left of the green. The next three holes are right doglegs, with slightly-downhill tee shots (with a little pond on the left of the green on the 4th hole, and bare land behind the green of the 6th), unlike the left dogleg par-4 7th hole. If the right dogleg par-4 8th hole has quite a few elongated bunkers in the corner of the fairway and two more on both sides of the green, I prefer the nice left dogleg par-5 9th where, after hitting a blind tee shot downward the sloped fairway, you will need to hit a long downhill second shot to reach the green, with a little house behind and a few tables in front. Coming back, the par-3 11th hole is pretty with a downhill tee shot landing onto a slanted green; then, after the right dogleg par-4 12th and its steep downhill tee shot, and the long right dogleg par-5 14th hole, with its elevated green, you will move on to the right dogleg par-4 16th where, after hitting a downhill tee shot, you will find “relief” (so to speak, ha, ha !) stopping at the restrooms behind the green, before heading for the nice par-3 15th (similar to the 3rd hole). You will finish with the nice right dogleg par-4 18th hole, with a tee shot landing onto a rollercoaster fairway and with an uphill approach to the green, with a big clubhouse behind and a nice panoramic view of the mountains further back. With nice fairway and green textures, this Alisco Country Club plays very smoothly and is another nice quality course, designed by willie, even though it is not too difficult and/or spectacular...

Hi WillieI believe this masterpiece is your finest. Everthng I like in a course, trees, elevations, hazards doglegs and tricky but very playable greens. We played beezy and vdry greens and it was a challenge for sure. the scores were +1 -1 -2..The score says it all. Tks Willie and keep em coming BRO.

Nice work . The texture contrasts work well and the overall look is great. Always fun to play and enjoyed by many playing TW08. Forget the bias ratings, keep up the great designs.
