This course, in a word, is fun! A modern yet fairly traditional layout without much embellishment (in a good way) so as Mr Feherty would say, "no deep thought required".. you can just play straightforward and true golf where the only thing required is solid shot-making. That said, the greens were consistently tricky and best to avoid that rough - very penal on heavy setting, more so than many others. I really enjoyed my round, played well and it looks and feels superb. A great design, cheers!

Nicely done, as usual, but not my favorite course from Tee Off Golf.
While it plays smoothly, this par-70 offers no serious challenge with a lot of wide fairways and few hazards.
The two best and prettiest holes are the par-3 7th and the par-4 12th, both of them with marshland around, not enough for me to keep this course, despite the nice work done by Tee Off Golf...

I looked at the website for Chechessee after playing a few holes - liked it that much. Ben Crenshaw's disposition seems ingrained in the course, which you have captured admirably. Thanks much for your work.

P.S. I worked in the pines region of SC for a while, endless drive through them for thirty minutes each day. Perfect translation in the model.

Agree with ealrier comments nicely made greens challenging but very enjoyable a keeper from a good designer. look forward to more great courses from you, never disappointed!
