As usual, oldman959 used a very nice panorama, this time with small mountains, and designed another pleasant course. However, I found it a little bit uneven visually, as many holes have big rocks and/or small trees in the middle of the fairways, making this par 73 look unnatural, at times. The left dogleg par-5 1st hole is a good example : quite short, with a meandering stream running across (then to the left side of) the fairway, a big rock in the middle of a bunker... in the middle of the fairway, and more big rocks near the green ! The par-4 3rd hole, however, is gorgeous but... puzzling : slightly curved to the left, with a meandering creek, it has a small island fairway and an island green, but there is no bridge and no way for you to retrieve your ball ! The par-3 5th hole, with another meandering creek flowing to the left, and a high tree blocking the view of the green is nice, but the left dogleg par-4 6th hole, with a big pond right in the middle of the fairway (!) is a little bit much, despite the nice houses near the creek around the green. The par-4 7th hole has a few rocks and small trees in the middle, and a creek running on the right side of the fairway all the way to the green, unlike the par-3 8th hole, quite nice with a small creek running across the fairway near the tee box and high trees, partially hiding the green. As for the right dogleg par-5 9th hole, with (again !) rocks and small trees in the middle of the sloped faiway, it is quite pretty and tough with a small pond and a bunker near the sloped green next to the clubhouse and the parking lot... On the back 9, there are some tough holes too, such as on the right dogleg par-5 10th, with bunkers in the middle of the fairway and rocks further down, not far from the green or the right dogleg par-4 11th hole, with nice small houses near the slightly downhill green. The par-4 12th hole is nice, with a small creek running across the fairway and a steep approach shot to the elevated green, just like the right dogleg par-4 13th, with two big rocks and a small mound along the left side of the fairway and a creek encircling part of the green. Strangely (or happily ?), the last few holes, while quite nice, are not as tough with my favorites, being the left dogleg par-4 16th with a steep uphill tee shot to reach the fairway where, if you can avoid the sand and a big rock (again, in the middle !), you might be able to putt for an eagle, and the short (less than 110 yards) uphill par-3 17th hole. As for the right dogleg par-5 18th hole with (guess what ?), another big rock in the middle of the fairway, it looks nice next to the green with the big clubhouse and a few cars parked nearby. Overall, even though I like the nice panorama and the textures used for the rocks, I prefer the Smuggers (or Smugglers ?) course that I played recently, but that does not take away all the nice work done on this one...

Wow, What a course, great Job, Ken, this is a keeper, keep it up, you have a talent, and a good eye for putting things togather.
