Excellent design, every hole on this one offers up something different. Fave holes came on the 7th and 17th - par 4's where strategic decisions can/will be made.. and all the one-shotters are great, especially 8 and 15. A quality track, designed with expertise, lots of fun (important, that) with just enough challenge to check. Cheers!

Based on a real course in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this course is located in Zachary, about 20 miles from the capital city Before teeing off, take a look at the left side : as mentioned in previous comments, 4... tires are just standing there on the walking path of the 1st hole, waiting for the rest of the cart to show up. (I guess they were too... tired to do a... cartwheel !). Once you get back to reality, you will see plenty of water around holes on this par-72, such as on the very nice par-3 2nd hole, with the green close to a creek and the par-5 9th hole. On the back 9, nice wooden bridges can be seen on the par-4 10th and the nicer par-3 11th holes until you reach the par-5 14th, where you will be faced with a blind shot over bushes to reach the green on your second shot. As for the par-4 17th and the par-5 18th, they are nice too in their own way, even though this couree is not the most difficult you will ever face. But with its smooth play and nice plantings, it is one of these courses that you need to play at least once...

Thanks for another well designed an enjoyable course and nice to play and to look at.
It is a delight to wait for another designed course from you or your brother who have introduced courses that have never been tried and as like Ron's courses and some other designers is an absolute pleasure to play all these different courses that are not widely known.
Cheers Brian

I play every day, and call em like I see em. You obviously play real golf and know a bit about the real game....

Also explains why their courses appear on the site almost at the same time. I still think my gator theory was a better solution for the disappearing golf cart . . . lol.

very nice design on this course, yes we are brothers, twins in fact,i was seeing tires on the island course i just finished on hole 3, deleted some of them on complex and it cleared up, never had that problem with the other colors on the carts, could be the white carts that do that.

Thanks for the comments. Tee Off Golf is my brother, we learned together on course designs so yes they are similar. We tested this course last night and did not see the missing cart on hole 1. We have seen it before and by deleteing carts on the complex fixed the problem. I went and looked at it and I see 4 tires, tee was seeing the cart. CA thing I guess. lol

I played this course about a month before Katrina hit. I'll never forget the Cajun lady running the snack bar to watch out for the gators. Fortunately, I never saw one. BTW, this course plays great, very enjoyable. Good job!

A very good job on this design, a smooth, enjoyable round. I liked the feel of the course, many thanks for sharing. A small 'X' files case, maybe one of those unsolvable CA problems? 'THE MISSING GOLF CART'. On hole 1 all I can see of the golf cart parked near the tees is 4 tires, all the other golf carts are OK. Who has taken the rest of the cart . . . lol. Is anyone else not seeing the cart?
