Another real-based lush tropical course, superbly designed by Tee Off Golf, with beautiful small mountains, a nice ocean view with small rocky islands far away, which plays very smoothly, albeit not overly difficult.
When you get the "seal of approval" from rlslay (see his comments below), the master designer of tropical courses, you know you can't go wrong, downloading this course...
And he is right ! With beautiful plantings (palm trees, flowers, bushes, reeds in the ponds), great attention paid to details (carts on a lot of paths, gorgeous little bridges, tennis courts) and a nice clubhouse, this par 71 is very enjoyable despite being very short.
In fact, as far as I can remember, I had not played a course where all par-4 holes were less than 410 yards and all par-5s, less than 480 yards until today ! And with all holes, going slightly downhill, you will have a lot of birdie and a few eagle opportunities to finish with a low score, if you can avoid the small ponds, near the greens.
After a very nice downhill par-4 1st hole, with a small pond in front of the tee box and a little bridge on the left, colorful bushes on the left all along the fairway and a great panoramic view as you approach the green, the straight downhill par-4 2nd is quite picturesque too, with its great overall view and its little pond on the left side of the green.
If the downhill par-4 3rd hole has beautiful trees lined up on the right side of the fairway all the way to the green, the par-4 4th is very nice too, with bunkers on the left and a very nice big pond on the right in the narrowest part of the fairway.
The short par-3 (less than 150 yards) 5th hole is very pretty too with a tee shot over high trees and a nice pond on the right near the green, just like the majestic view you will face teeing off from the par-4 8th hole before reaching the donwhill green and its three villas just behind...
Of all the downhill holes on the back 9, my favorites are the par-3 13th, near the clubhouse (behind) with nice trees on the left and flowers behind the green, the par-4 15th hole, with tennis courts on the right and a tiny pond on the right near the green, and the nice overview as you reach the green of the par-3 16th hole (despite a tiny misalignment of the mountains on the left side...).
As for the short par-18th hole, you will have to be careful with your tee shot to avoid hitting branches not far from the tee box, so that you can admire the tennis courts on the left, the small pond on the right near the green and the nice clubhouse way behind, with the ocean and mountains as a backdrop.
If this course is close to reality, then Tee Off Golf did a great job recreating it, which is no surprise as he has shown in the past that he is one of the best designers around...

If you're looking for a nice course that plays smoothly then you can't go wrong with one. I'm partial to tropical courses so my opinion may be just a bit biased (lol). Gr8 job TOG!
