Another beautiful course, with big lakes to deal with, plenty of elevation changes, quite a few doglegs, and great attention paid to details (fences, small steps, bridges, etc...), but, again, partially “spoiled” by some black horizon “popping up” on a few holes... After a left dogleg par-5 opening hole, uphill all the way, with bunkers on both sides of the fairway, midway, I like the scenic right dogleg par-4 2nd, downhill all the way, with a wide lake on the far right, with trees on its edge, a narrow fairway (framed by two bunkers in the middle) and a nice small bridge near the green. Two par-3 holes follow, with a tee shot flying above the edge of a wide lake (on the left) on the 3rd, and a downhill shot over the lake on the nicer 4th hole (with, unfortunately, those displaying bugs, mentioned above). The right dogleg par-4 5th hole is quite pretty, with a wide lake on the left of the narrow fairway, and a green, surrounded halfway from the left and behind by the little creek (flowing from the lake), just like the par-5 6th, uphill all the way, with a tee shot landing near a creek on the left and a very long second shot over it to reach the green (with three small bridges on the way). The right dogleg par-4 7th hole goes back the other way, with its second shot flying over that serpentine creek twice to reach the green, and is followed by the nice right dogleg par-4 8th, with a downhill tee shot landing near a wide lake on the left (in the corner) and an uphill approach to the elevated green, guarded by a big bunker in front, slightly to the left. Again, you will go back the other way on the spectacular right dogleg par-4 9th hole, with a downhill tee shot flying above part of that wide and deep lake, and a second shot over more water (and a long thin bridge) to reach the green. The back 9 starts with two very pretty holes, with the par-3 10th, and its tee shot over the lake again, and the right dogleg par-4 11th, with a downhill tee shot landing near some small trees in the corner (on the right) and a blind approach to the green, with a little pond to avoid in front (and the lake on the right). If the par-4 12th hole is only about 315 yards away, you can forget about trying to reach its downhill (hidden) green with your driver, as it is set between two lakes and is guarded by another big bunker in front, on the left. The next par-3 hole, the 13th, is scenic too with its slightly-downhill tee shot flying above a lake and landing near the other lake on the right, but is not too difficult with its wide green. Then, after the right dogleg par-4 14th hole, uphill all the way, with an elongated lake on the left (near the corner), and a blind approach to its elevated green, you will face the very pretty and tough right dogleg par-5 15th, with an uphill and blind tee shot above a winding creek landing downward near a wide lake, and a long second shot over it to reach the elevated green. The straight par-5 16th hole is also quite eye-candy with its winding fairway hugging the jagged edge of the elongated lake on the left and its challenging uphill and blind approach over part of it... downward to the green. Unsurprisingly, water again is the name of the game on the par-3 17th hole, uphill to the green with another tee shot over that deep lake, just like on the beautiful right dogleg par-5 18th, with its fairway hugging the lake on the left, with a downhill tee shot and a long and blind approach to the green, with more... water behind it. Once again, just like the CGX PGA West Palmer Private course that I played earlier, this par 72 is delightful to watch and play and, if you can put aside those little displaying bugs, you will have a ball playing this Ebb and Flow course, the last designed by Engineer...

it baffles me how this course is not rated higher than 3.5 it is EASILY a mid 4 quality course....i love all the different objects.... the bridges... the small landing spots that make accurate tee shots essential... this course has a natural feel... the feel of a really really good local course you would play anywhere near you..... yes yes some things could have been made prettier... but in real life you wouldnt see many of the fancy flower beds on local courses.. and thats why i think this course is 4.5 or more all day long :)
hope you arent done making courses

Thanks, everyone. Posting courses just doesn't scare me the way it used to. Time to quit. It was cool, though.

Engineer, you saved the best for last. I have to go back and play your other courses again. This is an excellent design, so real-like and fun to play. The elevation work and doglegs makes this course challenging. Did I mention stunning looking? Hole #13 par 3 is an example. Congratualations and hope you decide to design a few more.
