This Brutal course is, in fact, a gorgeous little gem (unfortunately hidden among the more than 2100 courses, created so far...), with nice rolling hills, a beautiful landscape, steep elevation, sparsely-planted groups of trees, colorful shrubs and flowers, and a few big ponds and/or small lakes to spice it up.
On the front 9, my favorite holes are the right dogleg par-4 1st, with a blind and uphill tee shot over some deep rough (landing... down), and a downhill approach to the green, the pretty left dogleg par-4 2nd, uphill all the way, with two small lakes (midway, but a little bit far on both sides of the fairway), and an elevated green, and the beautiful par-3 3rd, with a blind and slightly-downhill tee shot over more deep rough and a small lake, in front of the green, to watch for.
On the right dogleg par-5 5th hole, you should be able to putt for an eagle if you can shorten the distance by hitting an uphill tee shot above some trees in the corner, midway, and follow up with a nice approach to the green (slightly downhill), before moving on to the pretty par-3 6th, with a blind and uphill tee shot over a small lake, surrounded by plenty of reeds.
You will then face the short (less than 300 yards) right dogleg par-4 7th hole, uphill all the way, but with a couple of trees in the line of sight (midway, on the right) and a big bunker in front of the green, reaching it might be quite risky...
As for the steeply-uphill right dogleg par-5 8th hole, you should be able to putt for another eagle, provided that you avoid the small lake on the far left of the wide green and remain concentrated while some invisible (!) geese fly by.
After two left dogleg par-4 holes, you will then reach another nice hole, the right dogleg par-4 11th, with a nice panoramic downhill view as you hit your tee shot over deep rough and shrubs (with a wide lake, midway on the right), then follow with three (mostly) uphill holes, the par-4 12th, the par-3 13th and 14th.
Another tricky and short (less than 290 yards) hole awaits you with the par-4 15th, uphill all the way, where you can reach its slanted green with a blind tee shot to the left in order to avoid the trees, partially hiding it on the right, before enjoying the easier right dogleg par-5 16th, with a blind and steeply-uphill tee shot landing onto an undulating fairway, and a long approach to the downhill green...
The last noteworthy hole is the right dogleg par-5 17th, with its very pretty panoramic view as you hit your downhill tee shot over some deep rough and bushes (with a big lake to watch for on the left of the elevated green), before finishing with the steeply-uphill left dogleg par-4 18th, with a small pond, midway on the right, and a tough shot toward the flag, “beaming” on top of the green !
Needless to say, with its nice meandering paths, beautiful plantings and pretty wooden retaining walls around the water, this par 72, mixing challenging holes, with plenty of blind shots, and easier ones, with wider fairways and smoother greens, is anything but... brutal (as Raylloyd7 pointed out) and you should be over the moon playing this course, which is normal as it is superbly designed by... Gemini !

Sweet course, loads of fun and looks a real picture. The layout is cleverly crafted with a great mix of holes - attack some, play safe others - just beautifully balanced. All-round excellence here, a cracker, cheers!

Your best course to Date Brad IMO. A real challenge, and yes, some very challenging greens on expert very dry, but a fair challenge none the less. Great layout, visual treat and very well finished. Nice elevation work and well thought out green layouts and pin placements.
Immediate addition to my favourite bunch of courses :)

I think you met your goals. This a a well done course. Visually realistic. Rolling elevations. It requires good course management to score. I enjoyed playing it and recommend it to others. I'd like to see you put out more courses in TW 2008. Congratulations on this one.

Many thanks to those for the help with testing and uploading of this course. I tried to make a track that is tough, but fair. I hope you enjoy your round!
